About 3 years ago I had an unexpected family responsibility arise that I was completely unprepared for. Not only did Andrew and his team guide myself and my family through the transition of appointing guardianship of elderly family matters, the team guided and supported us through the entire journey end to end. From appointment of guardianship to navigating end of life matters and took on all the responsibilities of the estate and sale of the house so we did not have to worry about the finer details while grieving our loss. Over the years the entire team was available when I needed advice or guidance, they supported and were always available and I will always be suprised that if they were not available at the time, it was a same day response.
